We are well-versed in both play and individual therapies and often find a crossover between the two especially helpful. Some of the methodologies we employ include Sandtray Therapy (a form of play therapy) and Narrative therapy. However, it is our preference to tailor the therapy plan according to individual requirements.

Welcome to our empowering group therapy sessions for new mothers and their babies!

We, Dedri Hamman, a passionate psychologist with a special interest in infant mental health, and Annamarie Strydom, a dedicated social worker focusing on family mental health, are thrilled to offer a supportive and nurturing space for mothers and their little ones.

Our group therapy sessions are specifically designed for mothers with babies between the ages of 0 to 6 months.
