I’m Dedri Hamman, a psychologist dedicated to unlocking potential and fostering growth. With a focus on psychoeducational assessments, I specialise in understanding the unique strengths and needs of individuals across the lifespan. 

Chloe Meyer

Psychometrist & Community Branch Head

Chloe, an HPCSA-registered Psychometrist with a strong background in teaching, is deeply committed to learner support and educational empowerment. Her passion for helping others drives her involvement in Dedri Hamman Educational Psychologist’s community branch, where she plays a key role in providing accessible and affordable psycho-educational assessments. Chloe’s work empowers individuals by offering them valuable insights into their strengths and areas for growth, fostering holistic development and success. Through her dedication, she strives to make psychological services more inclusive, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

Jacomarie Moolman

Intern Psychometrist (In Training)

Jacomarie has returned to the practice in her current role as an Intern Psychometrist, where she is actively completing her professional internship under supervision. She brings with her a strong foundation in Psychology, having completed an Honours degree, as well as valuable prior experience in Life Coaching, Study Coaching, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). This background enriches her clinical insight and her ability to connect meaningfully with individuals across developmental stages.

Jacomarie has a genuine passion for understanding how the brain functions and how cognitive processes influence learning, behaviour, and academic performance. This interest informs her careful, thoughtful approach to assessment and learner support. Within the practice, she will be involved in psychoeducational assessments, subject choice assessments, and career assessments, contributing to comprehensive, evidence-based recommendations for learners and families.

Known for being warm, approachable, and easy to talk to, Jacomarie creates a safe and welcoming space in which children, adolescents, and adults feel comfortable and supported. Parents, individuals, and young clients alike often experience her as calm, engaging, and attuned, which supports meaningful collaboration and positive assessment experiences.

Her combined academic training, practical experience, and genuine care for people enable her to work thoughtfully alongside the multidisciplinary team in supporting each client’s unique learning and developmental journey.

Andi Nongqele

House Manager

Andy is the heart of our practice, ensuring that each space runs smoothly and that every detail is thoughtfully cared for. As the House Manager, she plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, organised, and nurturing environment for both clients and staff.

Andy is a proud mother of two beautiful children, and her natural warmth, patience, and attentiveness shine through in everything she does. She has a deep desire to make everyone feel valued and special, often going out of her way to bring kindness, care, and encouragement into daily interactions.

An aspiring chef with a genuine love for creating delicious food, Andy frequently delights the team with homemade treats that brighten the workday and foster a sense of connection and comfort within the practice. Her grounded nature and positive outlook contribute to the calm and supportive atmosphere that families experience when they walk through our doors.

Andy also enjoys singing and has a deep appreciation for music. She is often found listening to her favourite songs and singing along to the lyrics, bringing warmth and joyful energy into the space.

Her reliability, compassion, and steady presence make her an invaluable member of the team and a meaningful part of the welcoming experience we strive to offer every family.

Shaunay Losper

Practice Manager

Shaunay brings a wealth of experience in practice management and plays an essential role in ensuring the day-to-day running of the practice flows smoothly. With her calm and friendly demeanour, she is often the first point of contact for many families. Shaunay takes great pride in creating a welcoming and understanding space for all our clients, and her warmth and organisational skills help make the practice the supportive environment that it is.

Alyssa Badenhorst

After-Hours Assistant

Alyssa supports the practice each afternoon from 16:00, helping to ensure that the logistics of the day continue to run smoothly. She enjoys connecting with the many people who visit the practice and is always happy to assist wherever needed. Outside of the practice, Alyssa has a love for reading and enjoys discovering new books. Her friendly nature and helpful attitude make her a wonderful addition to our team.
